At Global Trust, children with intellectual, developmental, and autism-related disabilities reside in our full-time residential care. Many face challenges such as toileting issues, drooling, seizures, and health concerns related to their disabilities.

In Cuddalore district alone, nearly 6,000 children live with intellectual, developmental, and autism-related disabilities. Global Trust currently supports 190 children and adults, but we operate from two small rented buildings—limiting our reach.
We aim to construct a 20,000 sq.ft. Comprehensive Rehabilitation Complex in Cuddalore. The land (1 acre) has already been purchased with donor support. Now, we need your help to complete the construction by 2026.

During COVID-19, many differently-abled individuals lost their livelihoods. To support them, Global Trust launched PMESAP, helping 50 individuals restart micro-enterprises like idli batter making, vegetable vending, plastic product sales, and cashew deshelling.
Today, each earns at least Rs. 300 per day—supporting their families with dignity and independence.
