Global trust initiated its services in 2013 at cuddalore to differently abled, marginalised women and children since 2013 and later its services  extended to Ariyalur, Nagapattinam, Mayiladuthurai districts. Cuddalore, Nagapattinam and Mayiladuthurai districts are coastal and drainage districts and are affected by the natural disasters such as heavy rains, cyclones, storms and flash floods every year. 

Since the above districts are constantly affected by natural disasters and our target population is also vulnerable to disasters, we have been providing relief aids, medical aids and disaster awareness to disabled people, marginalized women and children affected by these disasters with the help of donors and voluntary organisations. Here we have mentioned some of the disaster relief work done by our company.

Dry Ration Packs provided to 150 Families and educational materials to 1500 government school children in Nagapattinam District as post disaster relief in 2018.

Frequent Awareness Campaigns were jointly conducted with Periyar Arts college Cuddalore on preventive measures and maintain social distances for COVID -19 Pandemic.

5000 Poor differently abled families were provided through supply of monthly dry ration Packages, medicines with the support of District Differently Abled Welfare office and Cuddalore District Administration.

Dry ration packages were distributed to 500 families and educational materials to Government school children of 15 villages in Cuddalore and Puducherry union territory affected by Niver and Bhurevi Cyclones in November 2020.

Rs. 50,000 worth of Blankets, Water bottles, Biscuits has been sent to the victims of Chennai floods 2023 through Cuddalore district collector.
