Vocational Skills Development Program

All too often, the potential of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities goes unnoticed at home. We aim to recognise and nurture these talents through specialised educational programs and targeted pre-vocational training. By assessing individual capabilities, we provide tailored training in a range of vocational skills, empowering participants to work independently or collaboratively.

Our Global Vocational Training Centre offers hands-on training in phenol production, paper products, wire bag making, handicrafts, and more. Products created during training are showcased and sold through exhibitions, trade fairs, and events organised by our institution, as well as by state and central government departments. This initiative allows participants to earn an income, enhancing their financial independence and promoting dignity in daily life.
